What file types should I upload?
Transparent PNG files are preferred for DTF printing. JPG and WEBP are also supported in the builder, though they may include a solid background. For the best results, upload high-resolution original artwork.
What size are your gang sheets?
We print on 24″ film, but artwork must stay within 22.25″ across. The roll length is based on the artwork you add. You don’t have to pick a fixed sheet size.
Can I order shirts and hoodies too?
Yes. We also take custom apparel orders. Let us know the items, sizes, quantity, and artwork, and we’ll send a quote.
Do you offer shipping or pickup?
Yes. Local pickup in Connecticut is free and arranged by appointment. We’ll share the pickup location privately when your order is ready. Shipping is also available.
How fast will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days. Large or high-volume orders may take longer depending on what we’re making. We’ll confirm the timing before production.
